Since 1950's
Family owned and operated 1950's retro motel on the historic Vilano strip along Northeast Florida's First Coast. Built in 1951 and used as a classic drive-up motel for beach vacationers. Our family purchased the motel in 1999 and it operated as short- and long-term rentals for local residents. In the summer of 2023, we began the project of restoring the structure in order to salvage many of its original architectural and design elements such as original tile and terrazzo flooring. Today the building continues to be run by family and operates as short-term vacation rentals for tourists and locals alike.
